The guest rooms at Arenas Del Mar are set in seven three-story buildings located overlooking the Manuel Antonio National Park, the Pacific Ocean, cozy and secluded beaches and surrounding rain forests. All are equipped with king size beds, ceiling fans, air conditioning, cable television, high speed Internet access, minibar, safe deposit box, coffee maker, irons and ironing boards, spacious bathrooms, closet space, cable TV and private deck with breathtaking views.
*Please note that all of our rooms are non smoking rooms and that the only rooms in which we can guarantee the views are in our Ocean View Premium Suites and our Ocean View Superior Rooms. Ocean View Premium Suites
Our Ocean View Premium Suites are one of the most luxurious and unique lodging options in Costa Rica’s Central Pacific Coast. The suites offer one air-conditioned bedroom, a large living area with ceiling fans and a full size pullout sofa, two bathrooms and a spacious deck with a private hot tub. The unique feel of the breeze and sound of the waves of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding Rain forest is what make up these incomparable rooms. With services such as DVD Player, personalized mini bar, microwave, wireless phone, iPod docks and the stunning view it will be hard for you to leave your room. Ocean Breeze Suites
The Ocean Breeze Suites have one air-conditioned bedroom with a king size bed as well as a large living area with ceiling fans, a full size pullout sofa, mini bar, and full bathroom.The private hot tub on the deck of the suite is the perfect spot to relax surrounded by the rain forest and sea breezes and listening to the stunning Pacific Ocean. Most Ocean Breeze Suites can host up to 3 people maximum. *The full size pullout sofa is located on living area.
Ocean View Superior Rooms
The Ocean View Superior Rooms have an air conditioned bedroom with an incomparable ocean view. They also feature a deck space with a unique feel of the breeze of the Pacific Ocean, DVD Player, personalized mini bar, microwave, wireless phone and iPod docks for your personal use. These rooms can host up to 2 people maximum. Ocean Breeze Superior Rooms The Superior Rooms have an air conditioned bedroom and feature deck space overlooking the rain forest and with direct contact to the sea breezes. The Superior Rooms can host up to 2 people maximum. Rain forest Superior Room Our Rain forest Superior Rooms have a spacious bedroom with separate living room area with sofa bed. Along with our standard amenities, rooms are fully air conditioned and feature one bathroom and a full size Jacuzzi situated in an outdoor terrace. These Rainforest Superior Rooms can host up to 3 people maximum and is a favorite with families with young children or active guests that prefer enjoying activities and the beach over a terrace with a view.
Connecting Rooms
As a convenient family option we recommend you our ‘connecting rooms’, offering more than 1650 square feet (150 square meters) of living space with spectacular ocean, rain forest and beach views. Two air-conditioned bedrooms with one king size bed in each room, very spacious decks, as well as a large living area with ceiling fans, a full size pullout sofa, mini bar and three full bathrooms, all with a shared main door. Here we can host up to 5 people comfortably.

Due to our need for flexibility to accommodate different arrival and departure dates and on occasions the health and fitness of guests (who have not informed us in advance of their special needs), we cannot guarantee reservations for specific rooms. Our Beaches & Views
Arenas Del Mar has the great fortune of being situated on two unparalleled beaches: Playa Espadilla and Playitas Beach, which are contiguous with the property of the hotel.
Playa Espadilla is the stunning beach on the south side of the grounds with natural rock outcroppings protecting warm tide pools and where tropical shore birds are seen roosting.
Arenas Del Mar offers four buildings with apartments, suites and superior rooms which sit 150 feet above the aquamarine water below with stunning views out to Manuel Antonio National Park. In these rooms you can relax on the outside terrace while watching and listening to the glorious panorama of the waves breaking below.
Playitas Beach is a spectacular but cozy beach on the north side of the grounds which ends at Punta Quepos, a peninsula of primary forest and beautiful rock formations. This beach used to be a European-style, clothing optional beach before we began the project and although very uncommon, you may still see some “au natural” bathing at the far end of the beach. However, we are asking that all beach goers wear bathing suits in accordance with the law of Costa Rica.
BUENA VISTA VILLAS & RESORT

We are glad to inform that now we have 6 two bedroom Casas and 2 three bedroom Casas, ready. For the upcoming high season, we will have 10 two bedroom Casas, and 5 three bedroom Casas.
An interesting detail is, beside the access to the exclusive private Tulemar’s beach, is that all our Casas have an outdoor Jacuzzi. The beach has kayaks, snorkeling gear, and shuttle service through the private reserve. All services of both resorts can be used. One bedroom villas are at Tulemar.
Also our new Casas have luxurious details, such as travertine marble floors throughout, and for an unobstructed view, 2 sets of 8 foot bi fold doors open onto the 450 square foot wrap around veranda.
The one bed room Villa have a huge beautiful terrace with an electric BBQ.

HOTEL CALIFORNIA
The Hotel California is in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. It is also near Quepos (it is situated on a hill between the two). It is a 3 1/2 hour drive from San Jose, and the flight is less than half an hour. The rooms at the Hotel California were designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. They are super-comfortable, and you will find that a great deal of thought has been given to every last detail. The open air restaurant and pool area is very relaxing with good view. There are three types of rooms, Deluxe and Standard, and a Villa. Moderate rates with excellent service. The Hotel California is located 2km along the 7km Manuel Antonio/Quepos road. Quepos and Manuel Antonio resides on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, about 3 1/2 hours drive from San Jose.
HOTEL COSTA VERDE
